Our wellness day program is now stationed at 6/10 William Street, Adamstown, 2289 every Friday from 10:00am to 1:00pm AND Wednesday at Nelson Bay Community Hall from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

Fee

The cost will be determined based on participant numbers, and can arrange billing through Core or Capacity Building categories of your NDIS Plan, depending on what works best for you.

Onboarding and Matching Process

Our onboarding process is carefully designed to pair you with the ideal support worker. Spanning four weeks, we perform comprehensive screenings, including criminal background and working with children checks, alongside Emotional Intelligence and Personality assessments. This thorough approach guarantees a match that is perfectly suited to your specific requirements.

Carer Profiles and Feedback System

We believe in transparency and fit. You'll receive one page 'about me' profiles of potential carers, and during the initial in-person probation period, we'll gather your feedback weekly to ensure the care meets your specific preferences and needs.

Quality Assurance

Ensuring your peace of mind is at the heart of what we do. We maintain strong internal procedures to track feedback and oversee the quality of care provided, aiming for ongoing enhancement and your complete satisfaction.
